Effective Date: October 19, 2026

Welcome to Vehicle-Trans Auto Transport. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, https://vehicle-transautotransport.com, and your interactions with our vehicle transportation services.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below. Additional written booking agreements and carrier transportation documents may apply.

1. Company Information

Vehicle-Trans Auto Transport

Phone: (830) 505-5064
Email: info@vehicle-transautotransport.com

2. Services Offered

Vehicle-Trans Auto Transport provides or arranges vehicle transportation services, including:

  • Open Car Transport
  • Enclosed Car Transport
  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Auto Transport

Service availability depends on the requested route, vehicle specifications, carrier availability, and other transportation requirements.

The company’s status as a motor carrier, transportation broker, or both must be disclosed accurately in its booking documentation.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Vehicle shipping quotes are based on information provided by the customer, including vehicle type, size, condition, pickup location, delivery destination, transport method, and preferred dates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, an initial quote is an estimate rather than a guaranteed final price.

Customers will be informed of applicable charges and must review the agreed price and payment terms before confirming transportation.

Changes to shipment details may require a revised quote.

4. Booking and Scheduling

A transportation booking is subject to confirmation and applicable service availability.

Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, contact details, and pickup and delivery addresses.

Pickup and delivery dates are estimates unless an express written guarantee is provided.

Scheduling may be affected by weather, traffic, road closures, equipment problems, legal driving-hour limitations, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicles for transportation.

This includes removing prohibited or unsecured belongings, disclosing mechanical problems, securing loose accessories, and ensuring the vehicle is available at the agreed pickup location.

Customers must provide accurate information about vehicle modifications, dimensions, and operational condition.

The customer or an authorized representative must be available to complete required pickup and delivery procedures.

6. Vehicle Inspection and Documentation

A vehicle condition inspection should be performed at pickup and delivery.

Customers should review the bill of lading and other transportation documents before signing.

Existing damage should be recorded at pickup. Any newly discovered damage should be documented promptly at delivery and reported through the applicable claims process.

Signing transportation documents does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers should remove personal belongings, valuables, and unsecured items before shipment.

Any exceptions must be expressly approved by the transport provider and comply with applicable laws and carrier policies.

Responsibility for personal belongings and any available coverage will be governed by the applicable transportation agreement and law.

8. Pickup and Delivery Accessibility

Door-to-door transportation is subject to safe and lawful access.

If the carrier cannot reach the requested address because of road restrictions, narrow streets, low branches, insufficient turning space, or other access limitations, an alternative nearby location may be arranged with the customer.

9. Payment Terms

Payment amounts, accepted methods, deposits, due dates, and any balance payable at delivery will be disclosed in the applicable booking agreement.

Customers are responsible for paying agreed charges in accordance with those terms.

No additional charge will be imposed unless authorized by the applicable agreement or law.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation procedures, applicable fees, and refund eligibility depend on the booking agreement and the status of transportation arrangements.

Customers should request written confirmation of cancellation and any applicable refund.

Any cancellation or refund provision will be applied consistently with applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Insurance and Liability

Vehicle transportation may involve carrier insurance and contractual liability provisions.

Coverage, exclusions, deductibles, claim procedures, and liability limits vary according to the carrier, policy, shipment, and applicable law.

Customers should request and review the relevant insurance information before transportation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights where such limitations are prohibited by law.

12. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Transportation may be delayed by severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, traffic restrictions, government actions, equipment failures, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

The company will address scheduling changes in accordance with its contractual obligations and applicable law.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information.

However, service descriptions, availability, and general informational content may change.

Website content is not a substitute for a written transportation agreement.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original text, branding, graphics, and other proprietary content belong to Vehicle-Trans Auto Transport or their respective owners.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial distribution is prohibited except as permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Services

Transportation services may involve independent carriers, payment processors, and other third-party providers.

Where applicable, customers will be informed of relevant third-party arrangements and contractual responsibilities.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, where not preempted, the laws of Texas.

Any dispute resolution procedure must comply with applicable law and the parties’ enforceable written agreements.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively modify an existing booking agreement without an appropriate legal basis.
